Sunblock Lesson

I had mentioned my previous post that I bought biore products recently right?

I also posted an entry about I first time use sunblock for work right?

Okay.......

Why do we use sunblock?

It is to provide protection for our face against dark spots, freckles and skin ageing caused by exposure to the sun.

Normal SPF 30+ PA+++ is actually enough if you are not under sun for long hours especially for those work in office whereas SPF 50+ PA+++ is actually for those who are having sun activities.

Try to find a good sunblock that is not too sticky and not too thick. Lightweight is better. Lotion type is easier to absorb into skin. Try find those alcohol free or oil free kind. Will be more better so as to avoid dry skin or clogged pores .

Sunblock mostly are waterproof. So a proper cleansing is needed to remove it well. And the higher the SPF the easier to get clogged pores. But also depends on brand and texture.

Before apply sunblock, remember to apply moisturizer first. Let the moisturizer dry up totally and then apply sunblock. Some sunblock will dry up the skin so don't think that just wearing sunblock is enough. Remember to shake well your sunblock before using it.

For those who never apply makeup, only sunblock. Single cleansing method is good enough to remove sunblock.

Single cleansing = Just facial foam cleanser

But for those who apply make up plus sunblock. Double cleansing method must be used.

Double cleansing = Make up remover and facial foam cleanser

For those kiasu, use double cleansing. It is the best. If u didnt apply any makeup, only just sunblock. Actually you can use those make up remover cleansing wipe after that wash with facial foam cleaner. Also good enough =)

Double cleansing will prevent clogged pores.

Basically,

What biore products I tried/used today:

1. Biore UV Perfect Face Milk 50ML SPF50+ PA+++ For my face
2. Biore UV Perfect Milk 50ML SPF50+ PA+++ For my body
3. Biore Cleansing Oil Cotton Sheets For removal purposes
4. Biore Body Powder Sheets For cooling purposes

In my opinion, they are quite good. Will try again or buy again once mine is finished.

Beauty tips:

Before apply sunblock, apply moisturizer first.
For removal, double cleansing method preferred.

Lastly,

Today, me and my colleagues went to NYP for lunch. Wow, it's had been awhile since my last visit to poly.

Anyways, the North canteen really changed alot. Even the food too.

I ate Mutton Muthabak. It was really sooo yummy. NCS one is kinda softer but thicker texture whereas NYP one is kinda crispier but thinner texture. Overall, I like to eat muthabak. Keke =X

Oh ya, it's my first time applying sunblock for work. Somehow abit not used to it. But for my skin sake, i must bear.

I will post more on the next post so that it will be clearer to read.

Anyways, I bought another 2 take home pack of Yami Yogurt again.

This time round is peach and natural flavor.

Today, meeting Esther after work to pass her the chacott powder. After that, I'm supposed to go home. Somehow, feel an urge to do mini shopping. So walk around Northpoint before going bus interchange. And yeah, I do enjoy shopping alone sometimes. Because nobody can stop me buy things that I like or thing that I wanna get. Nobody can stop me from spending money. LoL~

Anyways, here is what I bought today but they are my important necessaries okay...
So I didn't anyhow spend nor overspent. Just that abit kiasu. My mummy also start to scare of me. Especially when i go on a shopping trip. =X

Sunblocks instead of absorbing UV rays, reflect them. The book is more on make-up tips. Make up is also another form of how to look more beautiful right...hehes

On the right - It's a book more on highly recommendation of 340 best beauty products.
This one quite useful. At least, I know which products is highly raved and I will go try it.

Yesterday, I went to Yishun polyclinic. The waiting queue was quite long and slow.

I told the doctor about my face, legs and hands. She said my legs and hands are affected by eczma rashes. And she said my skin is very dry. But then again, I do try my best to apply moisturizers on my hands and legs before sleep.

She advised me to drink more water and eat more fruits. Get sufficient vitamin C and E. Since i got many scars on my legs and hands already.

As for my face, she said my face peel is because of dryness. It might be caused by the dramatic hot weather. Or maybe surrounding environment like dust. It might also be caused by sweat since i feel itchness. May also due to food allergy. So, i must take note of what i eat next time. She was asking if my job stressful and tired. -_-''' And she suggested me to get a moisturizer with SPF. Because I face long hours in front of computer. The light reflected to our skin prolong will caused damages to our skin. Sometimes, going out with naked face also not good. Because harmful rays might shine at us without knowing.

So i decided to find a sunblock with decent SPF that is oil free and also a good makeup remover too. So that, the sunblock will be totally removed from my face when i get home since most of the sunblock are waterproof. *Play Safe* I will also use cleanser to cleanse my face too. *Double action cleansing* To prevent clogged pores. We must always allow our skin to breathe. Will be buying those cleansing wipes too. Am i very kiasu? =X

Being girl is really very troublesome........

As my skin is very sensitive, i need to take more care. =(

At first, docter asked me to try medication. But i told her i try many type of medicines. But none effective. So i ask her to refer me to a skin doctor. Then she said okay.

Sadly, National skin center dont open on weekend. So i need to go on weekday. So i suggested that i want my appointment to be on july. Moreover, i'm going to be jobless on july. And find new job. So mine as well take the opportunity to see skin doctor, hopefully my skin will get some improvement.

Luckily, my first appointment with National Skin Center is at July 1st 2pm. I think i should find a temporary job first hor? After my skin condition better, when i don't need to keep go national skin center till then I start find perm job. Agree bo?

After seeing doctor, I went a mini shopping alone at Woodlands Causeway Point to get moisturizer, sunblock and masks. Actually i do have alot of these skincare stuffs, just that my skin need to keep change brand and alternate switch usage to see the effect of the products. Keep using the same product, at first i see the effect later on no effect le. Just like medicine, i keep changing my skin medicine last time. I'm a weirdo.

I'm a big sucker for skincare stuffs too.

Okay, talk about my mini shopping.
Just a mini shopping, I spent a bomb. But actually, i still got more stuffs to buy. Maybe I should do more research, read more beauty reviews before deciding on buying them. Like this sounds better right? XD

This sunblock is oil free. Able to apply on face and neck but i think it's better to avoid apply on eyes and lip areas. So, I think it's better to get eye cream with SPF too. Since eye areas is very delicate. I think i still need to find sunblock for my body too.

What is a Good Facial Care Regimen?

Skin is the largest organ of our body and therefore requires attention in order to ensure its continuous health as we age. Our facial skin needs extra care since it is the part of our body that is always exposed to damaging effects such as the weather, sunlight and pollution. For women, daily makeup is another factor that adds to skin damage in the long run.

While many men and women know the basics of facial care, not all commit to a proper daily regimen. Even fewer realize the additional recommended habits of a good facial care regimen. A daily facial care regimen follows four simple steps:

Step One: Steaming

The first step in facial care is steaming. Steaming helps soften facial skin and open up pores for deeper cleansing. Use a facial steamer or simply soak a facial washcloth into a bowl of warm water. Squeeze the warm cloth lightly and place it against your face and neck. Dab and press gently for one to two minutes.

Step Two: Cleansing

Once pores become fully open, proceed to the second step in facial care - cleansing. Facial cleansers come in many varieties such as creams, milk, gel and foam. Buy one that suits your skin type. Avoid cleansers that contain alcohol as this element dries out your skin. Press the recommended amount onto your palm and lather it up with warm water. In an upward circular motion, massage the cleanser gently on your face and neck for 30 to 40 seconds. Rinse your face and neck completely and pat them dry with a face towel.

Step Three: Toning

This third step in facial care is necessary to clean up any dirt or grime that you did not manage to catch in the second step. Skin care regimen is a general guide for deep cleansing your facial skin - your personal "facial sequence of events". The care you give to your skin depends to a large extent on the type of skin that you have. However, we will discuss the basic skin care principles first. Then we will go into specific skin care regimen recommendations based on your age and skin type. A basic skin care routine requires no more than ten minutes and requires only three simple steps each morning and evening.

CLEANSE
TONE
MOISTURIZE

Follow each step in sequence and allow the recommended time for each step.

Daily Skin Care Regimen

Practicing a skin care regimen is one of the best ways to keep your skin looking its best. If you get in the habit of practicing your skin care regimen daily, you will get the best results and avoid skin problems like acne or dryness.

- Let's understand more about cleanse, tone and moisturize -

CLEANSE:

Cleansing is the cornerstone of an effective skin care regimen. It is important for the long-term health of your skin - reducing bacteria, keeping pore ducts open and exfoliating surface skin cells. If waste is allowed to accumulate, it can block the pores thus blocking the secretion of the glands from coming to the top of the skin providing it the weapons it need to fight against infections, toxic agents etc. In addition, the circulation is stimulated which improves the blood supply to your skin and nourishes it. It also gives a healthy glow to the surface of your skin.

The best way to cleanse your face is the gentlest way; use a rinse-off Cleanser and forget about soap - its pH is too high. A high pH (alkaline) soap will dry the skin and diminish its life expectancy. The skin's surface is mildly acidic, having a pH of around 5. Most soaps are well over 7, and some as high as 10. Soaps with a high pH will not only dry the skin but also eliminate its acid mantle (coating on the surface).

Unlike soaps, Cleansers remove makeup and dirt, but leave the skin feeling silky and supple. Cleansers basically consist of oil, water and surfactants. The oil dissolves the oil on the face; the surfactants dissolve everything else; water washes it all away. The best Cleansers also contain natural botanical extracts to soothe, protect, nourish and moisturize the skin.

Begin by washing your hands first, otherwise you will merely be working additional dirt into the skin. Then, splash your face generously with tepid to slightly warm water. Spread a nickel-sized dollop of Cleanser into your palm or onto a soft cotton washcloth. Using fingertips or washcloth, gently wash face using circular and upward motions. Wash for approximately 30 seconds for Dry skin, 60 seconds for Normal or Combination skin and 90 seconds for Oily skin.

Then rinse, rinse and rinse again with tepid to slightly warm water. Any residue left behind can have a drying affect. It's not too much to splash your face 21 times and drench the sink in the process – your face will thank you for it! Pat (do not rub) face dry with a clean towel. Cleanse face daily in the morning and evening.

TONE:

Toning is the most misunderstood step in most skincare regimens & also the most neglected.

Toners perform 4 very essential acts that no other skin care product on the market can do:

1. A Toner DEEP CLEANSES and purifies your pores, making sure that all pores are totally clear of leftover makeup, cleanser residue, dirt, dead skin cells, waste by-products, toxins and other hazardous elements. A TONER CANNOT CLOSE PORES AS PORES DO NOT HAVE MUSCLES CONTROLLING THEIR OPENING. Pores can only appear smaller, if deep cleansed and there's good collagen/elastin support. 2. A Toner BALANCES the pH level or the natural acid mantel that protects your skin from the environment. It can take your skin up to 30 minutes to rebalance itself after cleansing without using a toner because the sebaceous or oil glands are confused - oily skins keep pumping out oil and dry skins stop producing oil.

3. A Toner HYDRATES tissues for proper cell function. Skin can be oil dry and/or moisture dry and the moisture content is more crucial to skin health. A toner is a very NOURISHING form of moisture that even a moisturizer cannot provide. Not too dry, not too wet. Also, the environment is CONSTANTLY ROBBING your skin of hydration, especially during forced heat season and while traveling. This is why we so strongly recommend spritzing with a Toner a few times a day!

4. A Toner assists PENETRATION of Serums and moisturizers which means complete absorption of the potent nutrients in these products. So if you truly are interested in seeing results from your Serum and moisturizer, tone before using them.

A Toner also sets mineral makeup, misting right after application makes a very soft and set makeup. Especially with some of the mineral makeups that can look almost dry, the hydrosols finish off the application with a hydrating setting action that allows the makeup to feel moist without any shine.

How To Tone: After cleansing, spritz your face with Toner to rehydrate, followed by wiping with a toner-saturated cotton pad. Lightly soak a cotton pad with toner and begin cleaning your skin gently, one small section at a time. Never try using the same toner-soaked cotton pad all over the skin in one single try. Start with your forehead, especially at the hairline where it is most neglected during cleansing. After cleaning the forehead, look at the cotton pad, if you see makeup or any other discoloration on the cotton, get new cotton and tone the same section again. REPEAT this step until the cotton comes away perfectly white, free of any residue and pore debris. Then start with the next section. Perform this procedure from the hairline all the way to the neck.

MOISTURIZE:

(Optional for oily skin) Moisturizers are the final component of your skin care regimen. They work by duplicating and strengthening the role of your body's own naturally produced sebum (oil) and thus protect the skin against excessive moisture loss. Sebum emulsifies with sweat (99% water) on the surface of the skin, lubricating the upper layers of the epidermis by softening and plumping out the dry, dead skin cells producing a fine protective layer of oil to render the skin more water-tight.

Moisturizers contain varying proportions of oil, water, herbs, and other natural ingredients. They are used to lubricate, nourish, soothe, protect, and hydrate the skin. Moisturizers should leave the skin feeling supple, soft, and nourished, not clogged or greasy. Be sure to choose a Moisturizer that is appropriate for your skin type and condition.

After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount of Moisturizer to your fingertips and massage into the face. Apply your Moisturizer while your skin is still slightly moist. This helps to keep your skin hydrated. All Moisturizers can be made to work more effectively by dampening the skin first, as the top, dead layer of skin will absorb a small amount of water.

In warm weather, store your Moisturizer in the fridge. The chill feels good on your skin and helps it look firmer too. In cool weather, warm your Moisturizer between your hands for a few seconds before you apply it to your face, it will absorb better. Moisturize face daily in the morning and evening for Normal and Dry skin. Oily and Combination skin may only need one daily moisturizing treatment, or none at all (your skin's level of moisture will determine this).

They can be used as spot treatment for eyes, expression lines, or blemishes. New Hair Style..

I realised I always trim my hairs every two months. And always asked the auntie to keep my hair length. As I always wanted to keep long hair. But due to the hot weather and my recent outbreak, I think I should cut my hair short and rekeep again next time when my condition get better. Anyways, hairs will grow. I can slowly keep my hair long again next time. Even my hair color had faded abit. But then, I will redye or rehighlight the next time when my hair longer. Also do some hair treatment and soft rebonding again too. =X

Therefore, guys are weird creatures. They often see long hair girl as chiobu whereas short hair girl as tomboy. (IMO)

Although now is 21th century, but i think that the society is really bad. Men are bastards. Women are bitches. Everybody play a part in spoiler market without realising.

Assuming in the past, relationships are always long lasting. Man and woman married then have babies and then live happily ever after. Hardly, like 3rd parties, mistress... blah blah blah

But now relationships are short term. Those married at young age. Most likely divorce at middle age. Then now man and woman had soooo many extra unhealthy activites. Ended up, become sour and tasteless.

And now, man like to step many boats. Why? Because of woman seduction and those cheap woman who like to show off their body, wear very little and revealing. Whose fault again? And why do woman so cheapo? And why do man must so fickle minded?

Basically, man are horny freak. After "eat" one woman , they will tend to "eat" another woman. Why do woman give them "eat"? Once u satisfy them, let them "eat". End up they outside also go "eat". Whose fault again? Why woman give in? Why man so despo?

See woman wear low cut and mini skirt at night. Man go molest her. End up, man caught. But then who is the one who inviting man to crime? So late, wear so sexy is that right? Whose fault again? Why do woman want to wear so revealing at late night? Why do man like to see?

Teenager Ger getting pregnant at young age. Those lucky one will married. Unlucky one will go for abortion. Whose fault? Why do the teenagers so dirty at young age? Is it because of peer pressure? Or is it because of curiousity?

Me and my friends in NCS often complaining that we always eat the same stuff.

Nevertheless, there are few quite nice food too.

I miss those days when i sat with vangie at the back of office. We keep laughing always. Now, she so stressed up also lost alot of weights. Even leen also lost alot of weights. All so stressed and become smaller look smaller size. I find myself chubby. Hai I also want go diet and lose weights. X_X

How Much Do You Know About SPF?

Many of us ladies would find ways and ways to whiten ourselves, from cleanser, toner, mosturizer, to even mask. But do you know that, sunblock is equally important in our daily life.

Nowadays, many of the foundation are actually provides at least SPF15 of protection. But, we might not know what does SPF mean actually. Here is some brief idea :

SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor and is factor that helps understand how much longer we can be in the sun before burning, relative to our tendancy to burn without sunblock.

For example, assume that you are a fair skinned person who normally burns in 20 minutes. Proper use of a sunblock with SPF 15 would mean that, assuming it does not wash off, you could remain in the sun for 20 min x 15 = 300 minutes before burning. Realistically, with any activity, the sunblock will not remain on the skin for the full 300 minutes and it needs to be reapplied regularly.

Just for your information, SPF does not increase proportionally with a given SPF number. An SPF of 30, for example, blocks 97% of sunburning rays, while an SPF of 15 indicates 93% absorption and an SPF of 2 equals 50% absorption.

So, how should we go about choosing a sunscreen? Here are some factors that we should take note :
- Skin type of user
- Amount applied and frequency of reapplication
- Activities that we engage, ( outdoor, jogging, swimming…etc)

I would not recommend constant exposure to the sun for long hours even if sunblock. Sun will not just burn you, it might cause skin cancer. Remember to choose a sunscreen that meets your needs.

What a terrible weather to start the week with.
So hot till i feel i start to melt.
Because im the famous ice lady. Now no more icy already.
Toooooooo hottttttttt !!!!!!!!!!!

Outside is hot. Inside bus is hot. Everywhere i feel hot.
Worst, why my office is hot too?
Think I need to buy an extra fan for my personal use in office.

Moreover, hot weather tend to tigger my eczma rash skin. Caused me depressed and ugly. Due to itchy and scratching.
Plus sweaty too.. =(

I feel like wearing tee to work instead. Collar shirt make me feel uncomfortable. =(

My skin really very hyper sensitive.
Just a hot weather, outbreak already.
Dont you think is saddening?

And I started to feel sad if i see my skins dry up. I might emo. Also, lose temper easily.

Make me like a stupid kuku waiting waiting waiting. I really doubt their efficiency. Slow and useless. Go and die. Blocking my future. I feel so lost whether to study or to work.

Now, you know why am i pissed.....?

Simple, because i feel hot and i just saw myself in mirror. My face kind of abit dry.
Therefore, double my depression.

Anyways, i found a solution to make myself happy now.
First is to rant at my blog.
Second is to switch on the air con now. And freeze myself.
Third is to drink the honey water that my mum make for me to chill. And also to put my mask to give my face moisture.

These are the 10 important keys to healthy skin...... (In my opinions.. but quite true i think)

1. Morning and Night must do basic skincare routine (Eg. Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize - The most basic routine)
2. Advanced routine is optional but it's good to skin (Eg. Mask - Most common, Treatment - Serum/Essence, facial, peeling, scrubbing, massage)
3. Use natural skincare products
4. Use alcohol free product (Cause prolonged alcohol product will harm the skin caused dryness and flakeness)
5. Use oil free product (Prevent clogged pores)
6. To maintain a good skin complexion = To keep pore clean and unclogged (So that skin can breathe)
7. Eat fruits especially those lot of juice
8. Make sure you got enough vitamin C and E
9. Plenty glasses of water (plain water, soya milk, fruit juices.... and many others as long not those sweet gas drink)
10. Sufficient Sleep (Min 8 hours per day... And sleep early dont stay overnight for no reasons)

Thus, these 10 keys you will look more youthful, lively, happy, radiance and etc....

My mum told me not to bathe when i'm hot and sweating because it might caused white spot which is called bai ban. And to remove it need cream. My mum even said the cream not easy to find. OMG! she also mentioned that the cream after applied will got "tinging tinging needle like feel". The cream can be bought from chinese med shop or maybe clinic? I heard white spot will caused uneven skintone. Thus, must find ways to remove it.

People call me "Tree".

I had dated 5 girls when I was in Pre-U. There is one girl who I love a lot but never dared to go after. She didn't have a pretty face, good figure or an outstanding charm. She was just a very ordinary girl. I liked her. I really liked her. I liked her innocence, her frankness, her intelligence and her fragility. Reason for not going after her was that I felt somebody so ordinary like her was not a good match for me. I was also afraid that after we were together all the feelings would vanish. I was also afraid other's gossip would hurt her.

I felt that if she were my girl, she'd be mine ultimately & I didn't have to give up everything just for her. The last reason, made her accompanying me for 3 years. She watched me chase other girls, and I have made her heart cry for 3 years. She was a good actor, and me a demanding director. When I kissed my second girlfriend, she bumped into us. She was embarrassed but smiled & said, "Go on!" before running off.
The next day, her eyes were swollen like a walnut. I did not want to know what caused her to cry. Later that day, I returned from soccer training to get something & watched her cry in the classroom for an hour or so. My fourth girlfriend did not like her.

There was once when both of them quarreled. I know that based on her character she is not the type that will start the quarrel. However, I still sided my girlfriend. I shouted at her & ignored her feelings and walked off with my girlfriend. The next day, she was laughing & joking with me like nothing happened. I know she was hurt but she did not know deep down inside I was hurt too.

When I broke up with my fifth girlfriend, I asked her out. Later that day, I told her I had something to tell her. I told her about my break up.
Coincidentally, she has something to tell me too, about her getting together. I knew who the person was. His pursuit for her had been the talk of the School. I did not show her my heartache, just smiles & best wishes.
Once I reached home, I could not breathe. Tears rolled & I broke down.
How many times have I seen her cry for the man who did not acknowledge her presence?

During graduation, I read a SMS in my hp. It said, "Leaf's departure is because of Wind's pursuit. Or because Tree didn't ask her to stay"

During the 3 years of Pre-U, I was on very close terms with a guy as buddy kind. However, when he had his first girlfriend, I learnt a feeling I never should have learnt - Jealousy. Sourness to the extreme limit. They were only together for 2 months. When they broke up, I hid my happiness. But after a month, he got together with another girl.

I liked him & I know he liked me. But why won't he pursue me? Since he loves me why he didn't he make the first move? Whenever he had a new girlfriend, my heart would hurt. After some time, I began to suspect that this was one-sided love. If he didn't like me, why did he treat me so well? It's beyond what you will normally do for a friend. I know his likes, his habits.
But his feelings towards me I can never figure out. You can't expect me a girl, to ask him. Despite that, I still wanted to be by his side. Care for him, accompany him, and love him. Hoping that one day, he will come to love me. Because of this, I waited for him. Sometimes, I wondered if I should continue waiting. The pain, the dilemma accompanied me for 3 years.

At the end of my 3rd year, a junior pursues me. Everyday he pursues me.
He's like the cool & gentle wind, trying to blow off a leaf from a tree.
In the end, I realized that I wanted to give this wind a small footing in my heart.
I know the wind will bring the leaf to a better land. Finally, leaf left the tree, but the tree only smiled & didn't ask me to stay.

Leaf's departure is because of Wind's pursuit. Or cause Tree didn't ask her to stay.

Because I like a girl called leaf. Because she's so dependent on tree, so I have to be a gust wind. A wind that will blow her away. When I first met her, it was 1 month after I was transferred to this new school. I saw a petite person look ing at my seniors & me playing soccer. During ECA time, she will always be sitting there. Be it alone or with her friends, looking at him. When he talks with girls, there's jealousy in her eyes. When he looked at her, there's a smile in her eyes. Looking at her became my habit.
Just like, she likes to look at him.

One day, she didn't appear. I felt something missing. I can't explain the feeling except it's a kind of uneasiness. The senior was also not there as well. I went to their classroom, hid outside and saw my senior scolding her.
Tears were in her eyes while he left. The next day, I saw her at her usual place, looking at him. I walked over and smiled to her. Took out a note & gave to her. She was surprised. She looked at me, smiled & accepts the note.
The next day, she appeared & passes me a note and left.

It read, "Leaf's heart is too heavy and wind couldn't blow her away."

"It's not that leaf heart is too heavy. It because leaf never want to leave tree." I replied her note with this statement and slowly she started to talk to me & accept my presents & phone calls. I know that the person she loves is not me. But I have this perseverance that one day I will make her like me. Within 4 months, I have declared my love for her no less than 20 times.
Every time, she will divert away from the topic. But I never give up. If I decide I want her to be mine, I will definitely use all means to win her over. I can't remember how many times I have declared my love to her.
Although I know, she will try to divert but I still bear a small ray of hope.

Hoping that she will agree to be my girlfriend. I didn't hear any reply from her over the phone. I asked, "What are you doing? How come you didn't want to reply?" She said, "I'm nodding my head". "Ah?" I could n't believe my ears. "I'm nodding my head" She replied loudly. I hang up the phone, quickly changed and took a taxi and rush to her place & press her doorbell. During the moment when she opens the door, I hugged her tightly.

Leaf departure is because of Wind pursuit. Or because Tree didn't ask her to stay...

Moral

In love, we win very rarely, but when love is true, even if you lose, you still win just for having the tingle of loving someone more than you love yourself. There comes a time when we stop loving someone, not because that person has stopped loving us but because we have found out that, they'd be happier if we let go....

Why do we close our eyes when we sleep? When we cry? When we imagine?
When we kiss? This is because THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THINGS IN THE WORLD ARE UNSEEN.

There are things that we never want to let go of, people we never want to leave behind, but keep in mind that letting go isn't the end of the world.
It's the beginning of a new life. Happiness lies for those who cry those who hurt, those who have searched and those who have tried. For only they can appreciate the importance of the people who have touched our lives.

A great love? It's when you shed tears and still you care for them, it's when they ignore you and still you long for them. It's when they begin to love another and yet you smile and say, "I'm happy for you." If love fails, set yourself free, let your heart spread its wings and fly again.
Remember you may find love and lose it, but when love dies, you never have to die with it.

The strongest people are not those who always win but those who stand back up when they fall. Somehow, along the course of life, you learn about yourself and realize that there should never be regrets, only a lifelong appreciation of the choices you've made. I trimmed my hair today. Dyed a new haircolor, Dark Blonde Copper Red. Hmmm, quite obvious color compared to my previous one. Although previously, i highlight my hair only. This time is dye whole hair. Quite outstanding color I think. IMO~

Pain pain, must learn to maintain hair also. Do hair treatments.

So sorry that I dont have picture now. Will take a picture next time and upload in later post.

Spent a total of $80 for today hair session.

Dolling up required lots of money T_T

Finally won the king, after soooooo many times and days of attempts. And also soooo many coins of 20cents. =XXXXX

Anyways, I was using the Rose mask just now. It's smell so nice. I love dainty mask soooooooo much. And it's really cheap and good. Online selling are much more cheaper than store. =X
