Topic : 10 Important Keys to healthy skin..
Today, Professor Lu going to share with you her theory again.These are the 10 important keys to healthy skin...... (In my opinions.. but quite true i think)1. Morning and Night must do basic skincare routine (Eg. Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize - The most basic routine)2. Advanced routine is optional but it's good to skin (Eg. Mask - Most common, Treatment - Serum/Essence, facial, peeling, scrubbing, massage)3. Use natural skincare products4. Use alcohol free product (Cause prolonged alcohol product will harm the skin caused dryness and flakeness)5. Use oil free product (Prevent clogged pores)6. To maintain a good skin complexion = To keep pore clean and unclogged (So that skin can breathe)7. Eat fruits especially those lot of juice8. Make sure you got enough vitamin C and E9. Plenty glasses of water (plain water, soya milk, fruit juices.... and many others as long not those sweet gas drink)10. Sufficient Sleep (Min 8 hours per day... And sleep early dont stay overnight for no reasons)Thus, these 10 keys you will look more youthful, lively, happy, radiance and etc....I will post other peoples' opinion/advice of how to maintain good skin complexion next time.
